Can reports be emailed to me and the contractor?
- From the main menu bar, select Company Setup, then Project/Jobs.

 - From the Projects dropdown, select the project to modify.

 - Select the Report Data tab. 

 - From the Report dropdown, select the certified payroll report to be emailed. 

 - In the Send Reports to Emails field, add the recipients email address(es), separating each email address with a comma.

 - In the Report Options, select the checkbox for Email weekly reports? then select Save Data.

 - From the main menu bar, select Reporting, then Pay Period Reports.

 - Select Email Report for the project to email the report to the recipients.
