How do I edit the payroll information for a specific employee?

1. From the main menu bar, select Employees, then View/Edit Employees, then Payroll Information


2. From the active employees filter, select the dropdown, then select an Employee Filter.


3. From select employee, select the dropdown, then scroll or type to find the employee's name then select. 

4. Select the calendar year link as required to review information for editing, 2024 as an example.

5. Review to locate the check date which requires editing, select the Edit next to that row, check date 10/31/2024 as an example.

 6. Review the information for the required edit, select in the respective field to update, hours worked and gross pay as examples, then select save

7. Review the revised payroll information on the Payroll Information tab.
