Certified Payroll Reporting Version 4.3.12
is the latest release of this popular application. Certified Payroll reporting contains HUD as well as State
and Federal Department of Labor certified payroll reports. Additional municipality reports are available and,
of course, Points North can create those reports that may be required by specific municipalities to meet your needs.
The reports are created effortlessly from your payroll data, which can be manually entered, or imported from popular payroll products
and outsourced payroll services. The payroll data is
kept in an industry-standard database format, allowing you to
reprint previous reports or integrate it with your favorite
tools to report or analyze historical payrolls. For
example, you could easily create a spreadsheet that displays
the number of regular and overtime hours worked on all of your

 Simply
import or enter the time worked on each project for
each employee and the gross to net information from their paycheck, and the software performs all the calculations
necessary to produce the report.

reports are printed on letter-size paper on your Windows-compliant printer. There are no pre-printed forms

computer. If after evaluating the software you decide to
purchase it, the evaluation software can be converted to a

Evaluation via the Web
This process allows you to download the Certified Payroll application for evaluation
purposes. Once the evaluation is complete, you can contact Points
North for a registration and license key. Simply fill out the information
section below to receive your free evaluation kit.
Follow the following instructions for downloading the Certified Payroll application:
- Fill out the evaluation request form located here
- Click on Submit Request
- Finish download procedure which completes the installation
Once the installation process is complete, the most current version of Certified Payroll will be
installed and ready for utilization as an evaluation copy.
Ordering a Registration/License Code Once you Have the Evaluation Model
From this site:
- View and print the order form in PDF format by clicking here
- Complete the order form and the information required
- Fax the order form to Points North at 218-726-0893
From within the Certified Payroll application:
- Click on the Certified Payroll icon to start the application
- Click on the Help button located on the top toolbar
- Click on Order Form
- Complete order form and the information required
- Print out the order form
- Fax the order form to Points North at 218-726-0893
Once the method of payment is validated, Points North will provide:
- Registration/License Code which allows for activation of application
- Timeframe for application training
Training
Upon activation, a Points North representative will provide training specific to
the application's
configuration and utilization. Points North allows for this training
to be completed within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days immediately following
activation of the application.
Application Requirements
The Points North Certified Payroll Reporting application can be used as a standalone application, or as an integrated reporting tool used in conjunction with any of
these supported ADP products:
- PC Payroll
- Pay eXpert
- Resource
- TotalSource
- PayForce
Specific application requirements will depend upon the payroll software that is
being used, but ADP Management Report (MR) files are needed for payroll integration. It is the client's responsibility
to contact their ADP representative to facilitate the ordering of these MR files.
The Points North Web site includes information regarding the requirements for these
ADP MR files. Additional charges may be incurred if Points North is requested
to assist with the ordering and configuration of the ADP MR files, configuration
of client data structures, or research pertaining to the above. This facilitation
will be billed at Points North's current hourly support rate. Please note
that no refunds can be given after activation of the product.
Pricing
The Points North Certified Payroll Reporting application is $995.00. Additional company
codes are $495.00 each. These prices are taxable in NJ, MN, OH, TX, and PA.
An additional $395.00 will be applied for any municipality forms requested
outside of the standard State and Federal Department of Labor Wage and Compliance forms
not already available within the application.
Support
On-going technical support after the 15-day training period is provided on a per-hour
basis at Points North's current hourly support rate, billed in 15-minute increments.
Alternatively, support may be purchased in block incident quantities if desired, beginning at
five (5) incidents for $495.00 (non-taxable).
